You retain ownership of: (a) uploaded images and source materials, (b) resulting 2K images and visual outputs generated for you (collectively "Generated Image Output"). Subject to payment of applicable fees and adherence to these Terms, you receive a worldwide, non‑exclusive, transferable (for commercial use), royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and implement Generated Image Output for lawful personal or commercial purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary damages, lost creative opportunities, data loss, goodwill, or reputational harm arising from use or inability to use the service or image outputs, third‑party content platform actions (e.g. content restrictions), or commercial implementation decisions. Aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 3 months.
